Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup (227g) butter, softened
- 1 cup (180g) brown sugar
- 1/3 cup + 1 tsp (85g) white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups + 1 Tbsp (205g) all purpose flour
- 1 tsp (5g) baking soda
- 1 tsp (2.8g) cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
Mix-ins
- 3 cups (240g) old fashioned oats
- 1 cup (150g) raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
- Chop half the raisins. Stir oats and raisins into mix.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Scoop 1 Tbsp (25 - 30 grams) per cookie.
- Roll into balls and slightly flatten tops.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- The centers will be soft - they'll finish setting on the pan.
